Taffer Computers, founded by Stephen Osburn Jr and Robert Kelly; has become a leader in the rapidly growing IT support and computer repair service industry. Largley through positive word-of-mouth, Taffer Computers has grown from a two-man operation to a team of certified technicians, salesmen, and web designers.

Meet the CEO of Taffer Computers!

Hello everyone! My name is Stephen and I’m the founder and owner of Taffer Computers. Thank you taking the time to look at my company’s website. There are many reasons why we, at Taffer Computers, pride ourselves on being the best.

First and foremost, our superior technical knowledge and our ability to find a solution for any need that you or your company may have.

Secondly, we honestly care about you, our customers. When you need our support, we are there for you, at that time. You won’t have to wait for us to respond to your issue a week or a month after you’ve called.

Third, we are always striving to find new, more cost effective solutions for your computer and web design needs. We feel that it is extremely important to be up to date on the latest technologies, ensuring you, the customer, that the best solution is available for you.

Fourth, when think of web design, we believe that websites work under 2 simple concepts: beauty and functionality. We will personally work with you to make sure that you have an attractive website that works within your budget and is done as quickly as possible.

Last, we understand that your computer breaking down can be as big a financial headache and fiasco as your vehicle breaking down. If you believe that your computer is in dire need of service but are afraid you can’t get it repaired because you can’t afford it, I will personally work out a way for your computer to get the service it needs. (My favorite cookies are chocolate chips.)

Meet some of our Staff!

The majority of my experiences of helping people obtain what ever product or service they need has been in Massachusetts. My wife and I have moved to Las Vegas and have made this our permanent home.

I was looking for a position where I could become as successful as I was in my past. I had numerous offers to join different companies. But I chose Taffer Computers, because when I met the recent UNLV graduate, Stephen Osburn Jr; his fresh, energetic, young thinking, cutting edge ideas made me want to hook my wagon to his horses and run! So will your company!

Building a rapport quickly, obtaining the customer's trust, presenting the product and company in a positive manor, takes practice and experience to perfect. The skills I obtained over a 30 year career are now being taken to Taffer Computers.

I am excited to take my skills and adapt them to the Taffer Computers product so our customers can quickly experience success in their business.

Hello everyone. My name is John Garland. I’ve studied design and programming at the Cleveland Institute of Art from 2000 to 2003.

In 2004, I moved to New York City and started designing websites, applying my creativity and developed many successful websites for clients all over the East Coast. I moved to Las Vegas back in 2009 to pursue my Masters at UNLV. I met Stephen at the school’s library and we quickly became friends.

My work has evolved along with the amazing development of the internet as a medium, and has kept pace with all the new developments and challenges. I have a lot of experience in designing for artists, arts and environmental organizations and non-profits, as well as small businesses; providing well designed, engaging, professional web sites.

Hello everyone! My name is Waqar but you may call me Ali. I have been doing the web gig since 1998. I am also the Lead Developer for Taffer Computers’ EZE-Cart, driving the development of future versions of the product.

My primary focus is on dynamic development with both PHP and Content Management Systems.  I also help maintain several of the websites we have developed at Taffer Computers.

Stephen and I have been friends for years and I consider him to be my brother from another mother. I moved to Las Vegas back in 2001 from Pakistan. I ran into him at a Mediterranean store one day and the rest was history. He has been a great friend and would give the shirt off his back for anyone in need.
